For more than three decades, Marco Fields has worked at the intersection of philanthropy, stewardship, leadership, and organizational growth.

Her career has taken her inside mission-driven organizations, executive teams, boardrooms, philanthropic families, and communities navigating growth, complexity, transition, and legacy. Across those very different rooms, she came to understand something that continues to shape her work today: meaningful change is rarely created through strategy alone. It is built through relationships, trust, clarity, and the willingness to care well for what has been entrusted to us.

Throughout her career, Marco has served in senior executive, advisory, and stewardship roles alongside founders, boards, executive teams, philanthropic families, and community leaders. Her work has included governance and organizational leadership, wealth stewardship, philanthropy strategy, sustainable fundraising, and the design and leadership of high-impact fundraising initiatives for mission-driven organizations.

Working across both the ultra-high-net-worth philanthropic and nonprofit sectors has given Marco a distinctive perspective on the relationship between those who have resources to give and the organizations working every day to turn generosity into meaningful change.

She has helped guide organizational growth, steward significant philanthropic investments, support complex charitable decision-making, strengthen fundraising strategy, and contribute to the long-term impact and legacy of individuals, families, and institutions across generations.

But the common thread throughout Marco's work has never been money alone.

It has been stewardship.
